No. Velara is a curated concierge. There is no online booking, no real-time rates, and no transactions on this site. You enquire, we come back with a curated shortlist and real pricing, and we book on your behalf.

We are paid directly by the resorts as a preferred agent. The price you pay is the same as you would find direct, and often better through our held rates. There is no markup, and no fee to the guest.

Yes. We book First, Business, and Premium Economy across all the major carriers servicing the Maldives, optimised for your seaplane connection.

For peak season (December to March) and the best villas, six to nine months. For shoulder season, three to four months is comfortable. We have booked trips two weeks out. Every timeline works at a different price.

Regularly. We design multi-resort itineraries across different atolls, managing the seaplane and speedboat transfers between them. Our most popular combination is a beach villa at one property followed by an overwater villa at another.

December to April is dry season: clear skies, calm seas, premium rates. May to November is green season: shorter bursts of rain, fuller reefs, lower rates, and better surf. We help you pick the right window for your priorities.

Every booking is individually planned, but we hold specific honeymoon allocations at most resorts that include room upgrades, private dinners on the sandbank, spa credits, and champagne on arrival. Mention it on the enquiry form.

We do not work on commission from every resort equally. We sell only the properties we have visited personally and would send our own friends to. One human replies to your enquiry, not a CRM pipeline. The shortlist is curated, not algorithmic.

Yes. Every resort we work with accommodates dietary restrictions, allergies, and mobility requirements. We flag these directly with the resort team before arrival so nothing is left to the check-in form.
